Greg Owen; Sr. Loan Officer:  Greg has been with Premier Mortgage since May 1999 and has over 9 years of Mortgage loan experience to add to his many years of competitive business knowledge and innovation.  Premier’s extensive relationships with multiple lenders, both conventional and non-conforming, provide Greg with the resources to create and customize mortgage loan products.  His customers are not only offered products to help them meet specific objectives and or financial goals, but have access to the best competitive rates each and every day.  Greg specializes in loans for the self-employed and for the individual that is either actively or wishing to become involved with investment properties.  Greg has lived and worked in Topeka since 1985 with his wife and their 4 sons.  He has been involved in youth soccer during most of his time in Topeka, as a coach, referee and volunteer.  He is host of Premier’s two weekly radio programs on WIBW Radio, highlighting local high school and Washburn University women’s soccer.

Martha Owen;  Receptionist and Loan Processor:   Martha’s pleasant greeting and genuine interest in people is one of the first thing customers notice when stopping by or calling the office for assistance.  Martha has been with Premier Mortgage since August 2001, prior to that she was a sales associate for a security brokerage firm here in Topeka for over 3 years.  Now she helps facilitate mortgage files with lenders and customers, which includes the printing of loan documents, scheduling closings and making copies for customers.Martha has lived in Topeka since 1985 with her husband and 4 sons.
